Surgery encompasses the general subdisciplines of soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. Surgeons at Western Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Centre, a member of the Brightheart Veterinary Network, are trained in all aspects of surgery, and have developed special interests in specific subdisciplines such as orthopedics, cancer surgery, minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy) and arthroscopy.
